Kimberly Scaglione

Kimberly Scaglione is the Regional Vice President of Human Resources in the Kentuckiana markets for Baptist Health. Kimberly’s career with Baptist Health began 25 years ago. In that time, she has been a champion in creating career pipelines in our community, encourages a unique and special professional culture for employees and supports continuous advancement in the healthcare employment space. Kimberly is an influential force in the workplace and uses her positive energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Kimberly was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky and currently resides in Prospect with her husband of 26 years. She is inspired daily by her husband and two sons. In her free time, Kimberly likes to travel to the beach and spends time with her sisters and many nieces and nephews.
